Tickets are on sale for 2024 Game Dinner & Fundraiser, to be held Saturday, April 6, 2024 at The Grand Oak Villa (550 Sylvan Lake Road, Watertown, CT). The event will begin at 6pm. Ticket sales will be limited to 400 attendees this year, so get yours before we sell out!
The menu is set and looks fantastic, as follows:
– Traditional Antipasto and our famed Smoked Alligator – Venison Meatloaf – Duck Sausage with White Bean Cassoulet – Rigatoni with Pheasant and Pancetta in Bolognese – Braised Wild Boar, Potatoes, and Cubanelle Peppers in Chili Oil – Cake and Coffee Station – Cash Bar

Joining us this year as Special Guests are Laird Hamberlin, CEO of Safari Club International and The Safari Club International Foundation, and Mark Rogers of Discovery Channel’s Moonshiners. The team from Northeast Taxidermy will again be providing a stunning display of game animals throughout the room.
The Sportsman’s Wall will feature 14 firearms plus non-firearm prizes and we have doubled the number of Mystery Safes for 2024.
M-1 Garand raffle tickets continue to be sold. This item will be limited to 300 tickets only.
The Silent Auction will again feature a selection of high-end such as Swarovski Optics, IceyTek Coolers, Safari Jewelry items for men and women, a Stone Glacier pack, GunStix shooting sticks, and Kenetrek boots. Our phenomenal Bucket Raffle is again returning with over 40 items for the hunting, fishing, shooting, and outdoor enthusiast.
Hunting and trip auctions will include a 10 day Plains Game Safari for two hunters in South Africa with Limcroma Safaris, a black bear hunt in Ontario with Kap River Outfitters, and a 10 day Plains Game Safari for two hunters in South Africa with JW African Safaris. New hunts and trips are being added daily!
Funds raised by the Chapter through this event are used to support organizations within the State of Connecticut and nationally supporting your hunting, conservation, and Second Amendment rights, including local Scout councils, Friends of CT Sportsmen, CCDL, and Conservation Force.
We are continuing to create a Chapter Yearbook as a portion of our Ad Book. Members who are interested to submit photos and short wright ups of their hunts from 2023 and 2024 to date are encouraged to send them to info@centralctsci.org. Those who wish to advertise their business with us are encouraged to email inquiries on our very reasonable pricing.
