The Central Connecticut Chapter will be holding our February Monthly Meeting on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Sal’s Family Pizza (630 Main St, Monroe, CT). The meeting will begin at 6pm. Please RSVP to this email (info@centralctsci.org) so that we can provide the restaurant an appropriate headcount.
The primary focus of the meeting will be the 2024 Game Dinner & Fundraiser, to be held at The Grand Oak Villa, on April 6, 2024. Planning for the Game Dinner & Fundraiser is well underway. We have just been made aware that Laird Hamberlin, CEO of Safari Club International and The Safari Club International Foundation will be in attendance at our event!
Tickets are available through Bob Ballas, buck100@aol.com, or by calling 203-948-3234. Individual tickets $75 per person, tables of 10 for $700. To date, 160 tickets have been sold. The event will be limited to 400 total tickets, so get your tickets now!
Tickets for the M1 Garand raffle (limited to 300 tickets) are available for $20 per ticket. Tickets will be available at this month’s meeting.
We are continuing to create a Chapter Yearbook as a portion of our Fundraiser Ad Book. Members who are interested in submitting photos and short wright ups of their hunts from 2023 and 2024 to date are encouraged to send them to info@centralctsci.org.
Members interested in making donations of new items for our Bucket Raffle or Silent Auction are encouraged to reach out to info@centralctsci.org with a description and to arrange pick up.
